Weldon was born and raised in Houston, Texas then went on to earn a bachelor of science in finance from the University of Houston.
Having the opportunity to work at Fortune 500 Companies such as Chevron and Direct Energy, Weldon’s corporate job experience sharpened his precision, attention to detail, punctuality and many other aspects of his skillset. When a friend poised the idea of exiting the corporate world and entering the real estate industry, Weldon immediately knew that it was a change he had to make. Weldon jumped head first into the real estate industry and has spent the past 4+ years in the urban leasing market and has worked with well over 500 clients.
Having already served hundreds of clients in DFW, Weldon now knows Dallas forward and backward. The obsession with becoming a market expert as well as providing each client with hyper-personalized service from start to finish is what Weldon is known for. Offering a fresh approach to the Realtor role, Weldon combines new technology, social media and meticulous attention to detail in order to continually go above and beyond for each transaction. Weldon is committed to making each transaction as stress-free and smooth as possible for each of his clients.
Outside of the professional realm, Weldon enjoys staying active and working out, maintaining his “Plant Daddy” status with his love of plants and flowers, practicing photography and studying interior design
